Many of our products are eligible for Free Returns, and we’re happy to accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery. If your return is approved, we’ll issue a full refund. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide you with a return label to make the process as smooth as possible.

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned due to their custom nature. However, if there’s an issue with your personalized item before it’s returned, we’re happy to offer a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Return to sender packages due to insufficient address or other delivery issues are the customer’s responsibility to track. We recommend double-checking your address to avoid any delays or complications. If you contact us about a return to sender package, we’ll either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
