STEP 1:
Gather the ashes and the cremation jewelry and place them on a work station that is free of any clutter or debris.
STEP 2:
Locate and remove the threaded screw found under the bail or discreetly placed on the cremation jewelry.
STEP 3:
Use a small piece of folded paper to act as a funnel for filling the jewelry.
STEP 4:
You may apply small drop of adhesive to the threads of the screw and the threads of the opening. Do not apply too much as it will flow over the top when it is closed.
STEP 5
Immediately reinsert the screw and tighten. You are now ready to keep the spirit of your loved one close at heart.
- Test the Cap – Unscrew and screw the cap a few times to ensure clean threads.
- Prepare the Ashes – Place the jewelry on a stable surface, insert the funnel, and pour a small amount of ashes using a spoon, leaving 10-15% unfilled.
- Clean the Neck – Use a toothpick to remove any stray ashes.
- Seal the Jewelry – (Optional) Apply a small drop of Super Glue to the threads for extra security.
- Secure the Cap – Screw it tightly and allow drying time if glued before wearing.
Store your jewelry individually to prevent scratches and avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or cosmetics. While medical-grade (316) stainless steel is waterproof and tarnish-resistant, keeping your pieces in a cool, dry place will help maintain their shine.
Our best advice: Wear your jewelry often to keep it looking its best, and store it in a soft pouch when not in use for extra care.
Payment & Shipping
If you wish to change your address after placing an order, you can quickly contact our customer service and provide your updated address. If your order has not been shipped yet, our team will proceed with the update.
Store your jewelry individually and avoid exposing them to liquid and cosmetics. Extreme heat and humidity might cause gold plated jewelry to tarnish, keep your pieces in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.
Our best advice would be: wear your pair often (this helps lessen oxidation), and keep them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use.
We ship orders within one business day and most US orders usually arrive within 3-5 days.
Returns & Exchanges
Our personalized products are custom-designed and made specifically for you, so returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:
Incorrect Products: If the personalized product you received is incorrect or made in error according to the details provided in your order (e.g., incorrect spelling or color), please contact us within 7 days. We can either replace or repair your faulty product.
Damaged Products: If your product is damaged during delivery, please take photos of the damaged item and packaging and share them with us within 7 days. We can accept the return of the product and send you a replacement for the damaged item.
Order Changes: If you wish to change or cancel your order, you must contact us before the customization process begins. Once your order is processed or shipped, changes or cancellations will no longer be possible.
